CHRISTMAS SHOW

The Christmas Show is scheduled for Thursday, December 18th at 7:00 PM in the Parish Hall. Students are expected to be in their classrooms no later than 6:30 PM. Students may have free dress; however, it is expected that dress be respectful and modest and age-appropriate for the occasion. Dress code guidelines can be found in the Parent/Student Handbook.

 

TUITION

If you are paying tuition on the semi-annual payment plan, the second payment was due on December 1st.  If you have not made that payment, please send your check to the office as soon as possible.

CHRISTMAS SHOW

The Christmas Show is scheduled for Thursday, December 18th at 7:00 PM in the Parish Hall. Students are expected to be in their classrooms no later than 6:30 PM. Students may have free dress; however, it is expected that dress be respectful, modest and age-appropriate for the occasion. Dress code guidelines can be found in the Parent/Student Handbook.

 

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

Volunteers are needed to help assemble a huge mailing on Thursday December 11th at 6:00 PM in the parish office. Service hours will be given.

 

CRAB FEED

We are still desperately seeking someone to chair the decorating committee for the Crab Feed on February 7th. If you can help, please call the office.

 

ONLINE SHOPPING

If you are online shopper, please use schoolcash.com, schoolmall.com or your Target charge card for online purchases benefiting our school. This is an easy way to shop at home or work while earning money for the school.

 

RAFFLE

The drawing for the giant Christmas stocking will take place on Wednesday, December 17th. There is still time for your child to purchase tickets. Tickets are $1.00 each.

THANK YOU

I would like to thank Mr. Zarate, Mr. Herrera, Mrs. Orozco and Ms. Ortegon for all of their hard work and patience in planning and practicing the worship dance for the Faith Family Mass on Friday, November 21st.  I would also like to thank the 3rd, 4th & 5th grade students for all the effort they put into the music and dance. Mass was a faith filled and joyous celebration.

 

SCHOOL-WIDE CLEAN-UP

There will be a school-wide clean up on Saturday, December 6th. This is a great way for you to help the school and earn service hours at the same time. Work will begin at 8:00 AM (rain or shine). LUNCH DUTY

We are in desperate need of volunteers to help with lunch duty from December 3rd-12th.

If you can help, please call Mrs. Chacon in the office.

 

ROOM MOTHER MEETING

There will be meeting on Wednesday, December 3rd at 7:00 PM in the faculty room for all headroom mothers.

 

CHRISTMAS CAROLING

The OLR Christmas Caroling Group will be practicing on Wednesday, December 3rd at 6:00 PM in the school. Please call the numbers noted at the bottom of this section for more information.

 

ALTAR SERVERS

There will be an altar servers training for all new servers in grades 5-8 on Wednesday, December 10th at 3:00 PM in the church.
